If they post a $1 earnings per share in Q2, you might see this as a one - two punch against CAS. More importantly, I am expecting their cash position to grow to $500 million.
Too many reasons why they won't do this. Plus, the funds whose support they will need to retain control, those funds will see that move for what it is, as a useless and pointless bribe.
I doubt they will do something so stupid for more reasons than I care to post why.
