I wouldn't give "ANY" merit to the insiders suspect timely disclosure and why I decided to short here as soon as I noted the stock as a top percentage mover.
I've seen so many of these China based shell companies report stellar earnings quarter after quarter, only to find out the entire company was set up to FRAUD unsuspecting investors who simply can't rely on anything that's said by insiders.
The problem is, our SEC is a total joke to start with right here in the US, so investors should never rely on the SEC to police China companies trading on US exchanges. By the time these China companies perform a few reverse splits, bankruptcy normally follows not long after delisting and investors lose their entire investment.
The way to play these companies is to "SHORT" them after they reverse split and run up big on more #$%$. That's where the money is made :-).
