CF Industries Holdings, a leading North American manufacturer and distributer of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer, looks a good one, IMO.

It reports an impressive Operating Margin as well as an impressive Pretax return on its Capital Employed, which consists of virtually no long term debt.

Based on a P/E of about 18, and looking at its recent EPS record, we could see CF’s price increasing by about 30% to 40% in the next 5 to 6 months.

We read that it has secured another 5 year supply contract with GrowMark for the purchase of fertilizer products. In 2007, as part of its previous 5 year contract, it supplied GrowMark with about $290mil. of fertilizer products, which represented about 10% of CF’s annual net sales
