    so undervalued......

Considering quality of co and mgmt, strength of cash flow ratios, share count vs production, over all business prospects, corn and natural gas mrkts.......hard to find better value in a stock. Good things happen to stocks this undervalued!

    • CF has low p/e because of : a) demand side uncertainty - I know that 97M acres is being planted but this number keeps changing every year because of various factors b) Capacity addition- again I know agu cancelled its plans etc but the fear of new plants coming up c) Nat gas price swings- I am aware they hedge it but again....Market has never really given it a P/E of more than 12. ( or maybe even 10 not so sure).

I brought this stock in 2011 at 130 and got out of it at 186 in about 5 months. Company is managed well. To make a 5 yr call on this stock - CF being cyclical - is really hard. I would not go beyond one year.
If it is headed for $165 - I will consider buying it - will wait till then, no rush - markets are at a peak.( I dont think it will fall that low since they have a buyback but you never know).

    • so undervalued, yes it is. but for now, so out of favor.
