One of Eagle Energys guys is saying that SD has done it
The guy is saying that SD is the dominate player in the Lime, and always will be. SD bought the best property and got it at the cheapest price. SD with their balanced fuel blend in one play will become the envy of many E&P.
The guy said there is NOT ONE company that would not trade places with Ward in a heart beat. The guy said the Bakken guys are jealous as heck.
Look, Shell just missed on their number. Economic plays like low cost producer SD in the Lime are going to be much, much more valuable than the higher cost drill bit.
We stand by our statement that SD has hit "large bore" within their domain. We are moving from a hold to a strong buy.
Hi fbi; The MissLP, might well be low cost. The problem is SandRidge spending. Ward can outspend a Dozen Drunken Sailors in his sleep.....No matter how profitable the Lime. Ward will Squander the Proceeds with his Frivolous, Unwarranted Spending.....You like RRC and so do I...They run a tight ship. Are not known as play-boy spenders.......Wards problem is under the table deals and excessive frivolous spending, accompanied by rigid behavior and narrow focus......He has been talked to several times and refuses to mend his ways......Ward must go, for the Greater Good of SandRidge.....Kind of Sad but Necessary .....
He could be right. I talked to my neighbor last night about getting out of the cold weather, out West or down South. His son works for a propane company in sw Kansas. This past weekend the young drillers head to the bars in these small towns looking for young ladies and there are not any. They have 40-50year old gals hitting on them all night..lol. His son was at the bar talking to these guys and they said there are going to be rich. They hit something big. I don't know who they work for but they said once they get rich, they are going to import young ladies from Europe for wives.
