When a new guy takes the helm under such heated circumstances he gets a bye his first quarter and in fact this is usually when any ghosts hidden inside the company, meaning any withheld bad news is brought to the forefront helping to place blame where it belongs but more importantly, as a measn of the new guy saying he will be transparent etc., etc.
However, the SD saga has been so painful for shareholders, I expect the cost savings, spending cuts etc., etc. may trump all other news by showing some positive direction for thiw wayward gas/oil company. We can only hope!
On the flipside, coal is dead, NGAS is the new king and expansion of use/applications has decades of growth in front of it! New oil drilling seems to be going quite well (no pun intended!) ........of course the SILENCE IS DEAFENING....it seems TPG caught the car it was chasing and now no one seems able to convey a damn thing to shareholders.
All IMHO of course.....lets hope for big things for we SD trooperdogs!
