Owning this stock can make the happiest person in the world become depressed.Market goes down 5%,sd down 10%,market goes up 5%,sd down 3%.All the big oil companies that are interested in sd should be buying it with both hands at this price. The volume and the pps shows that there is no one willing to take the plunge.Tpg silence does not help, shareholders kept in the dark,I feel that tpg used me for my vote and then disregarded me and didnt follow through with it.If sd is worth at least $10,why are the big boys not buying at under $5,like most shareholders, just looking for a very quick sale and sorry that Iever looked at this stock.Ps I hope TW gets what he deserves, what goes aroung comes around.
HOW can anybody such as you be Depressed. Owning this stock with all that TPG added value??? Your one that sent in his Green card, why your not leaning back (or Forward) whatever your kind does. and just revale in all you glory????. is beyond me....LOL....Just Sayin
I to, feel that I've been had by TPG. I now believe The SD shareholders have been used by them. (Tpg silence does not help, shareholders kept in the dark,) Blackout, or no Blackout they could of give out some info that could of help the shareholders feel that there support was appreciated.
With no one buying this stock up, that tells me we will be lucky to get 6 dollars for the company. Even with Tom, out no movement on the upside.
I hope for all of us, that we get some good news after the end of the month.
This is a bit depressing. The silent period ends June 30th; hopefully we'll find out then. Perhaps as part of the deal, Ward had to liquidate and his shares are being scooped up by the big boys. Not sure when they would be required to file. Maybe it's just that nobody wants it. Whatever the case, it sure is ugly.
The problem is that no one is coveting the Miss Lime at this point in time. Therefore any kind of premium for the company is probably out of the question right now... at least one that TPG and SD would like. To hand these assets over right now for 3-4 billion would be a wasted opportunity.
We will have to see how the Miss starts shaping up, how it comes into focus here in the "core areas". Nat gas prices will be crucial to a future sale, but also we need to have multiple benches proved up to make it look attractive. A major company will want decades worth of locations to go in and buy.
