Been thinking along the same lines as you ronbiker1. However, maybe TPG is deliberately staying off the stage so as to give Bennett hos shot, afterall, he is the man now, while TPG holds some seats.
This would be the correct approach for the activist to take since Bennett is basically their choice anyways.
Just a twist on TPGs silence.....and one thing is certain, TPG has alot invested and is playing to win so if we never hear from them, then one can assume all is either on track or DOA.
Bennett seems to have a level head, alot of industry experience and a new CFO that brings much to the equation as well.
Between cost controls, wise usage of CAP and assets in the ground, it seems SD may well be on track for good news going forward. More of a deliberate SNIPER type approach verses WARDs shotgun approach to drill baby drill so to speak.
