Research on this shows stock dilution of nearly 8x over the last 3 years. Coupled with exec compensation of millions over the period, having a hard time understanding why an investor should be interested . . .
You obviously do not understand that each time PVG diluted it sold shares at higher and higher prices, especially compared to the $6 IPO price. Quartermain and his team has been adding value to the projects owned by this company consistently and since they have no earnings yet, they have no other way of bringing in new money than by issuing new shares since banks wont lend money for exploration due to the nature of the risk. You are just a noob.
OK - Looked at Pretvium Consolidated Statements June 2012 on Edgar / SEC.
In Dec 2010 they had 78.8 million shares. June 2012 they had 98 mi.
Not such bad dilution. Please share your numbers.
Salary (From same doc)
2012- 3 months ended june
Salary key mgt: 274,000
stock based compensation $1,520,000
~1.8 mil for the quarter, 3.9 mil for the 1/2 year.
Not as bad as most miners and a lot of stock based incentives--so as long as they don't reprice them down, most of their paydays is like ours, for stock appreciation.
hconnorjr is probably referring to the $10.5M CAD nine month ending Sept 2011 share-based comp followed by 4.5M in 2012, and perhaps to the additional 4.5M in 2012 stock option expense that was capitalized to mineral interests. All listed in the consolidated interim financial statements ended Sept 2012. I think they have an additional $80M CAD of stock issuance available according to the Capital and Reserves notes.
