Why doesn't the market understand the value? Under the radar?

I've traded this for a while, but am now long for a nice run up. The Washington debt fear will also be a further catalyst. But the intrinsic value is awesome, good news supports the great fundamentals. Why are we able to buy this on sale?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Dude, today's price is $700 million for nothing but a bunch of mining claims with holes in the ground. This is many years away from a producing mine if ever. Where will the $500 million to build a mine come from?

Today's Pretium bulls are a bunch of morons. See y'all at $3 soon.

      • Why are you here? Get a life dude.

      • $700 million a high mkt cap for a claim and the de-risking to date? true, PVG has held its value extremely well. $500 million a lot to build a mine? (or $663.5 million) -- I don't think so. It's low compared to other, payback of 2.3 years and NPV of ~$2.7 billion at $1,350 gold, 5% discount is really good. Money is not that hard to find...PVG's last round of funding this summer was spectacular given the investment environment. Dilution that is inevitable (say $700 million more in funding to build out mine) still leaves a comfortable margin for investors. While the current fear is that concentration and total ounces will disappoint and gold will drop or go now where, there is also the possibility of more gold and (much) higher gold prices.

How do you get $3, by the way?
