Not sure what you are referring to - this company has historically released this quarter's 10Q at the end of June - sorry to say nothing unusual here. $7 will be recognized and booked.
sorry to VANSMACK you right down, but the report you are disengenuously refering to is the ANNNUAL. The 10K. The 10Q is LATE by historical standards, usually released 1.5 months AFTER a pcs quarter is done.
One possibility is that they are trying to finalize one or more other ME deals (PCSV mentioned that possibility in March). The $7.15 million deal is done. See you @ $7!
