Buffett just announced purchase of 60% of Marmon Holdings for 5.4 billion and agreed to buy the remainder over 5-6 years. Marmon manufactures railcars. At least there is some interest in rail car manaufacturers
I sold my token TRN position this morning after TRN broke back below 28 and the SPX dropped to 1490. I know it won't affect others' decisions, but I'm posting that because my previous post included position information that is now not the situation. I'll be back in TRN, but I won't know where until I see a pattern I like.
