    Any updates on stimulus-driven funding?

I did purchased few thousand since this morning. I know wind power and road/bridge construction materials sectors are qualifying for Stimulus benefits. Is there any other TRN divisions? It was upgraded based on stimulus-driven funding. I guess, we will jump over $20 as soon as such news released by TRN.

    • Must admit, another painful day. I hope fed outlaw short selling to protect long investor's interest.

    • Any time you see statements about price points up, down, buy or sale you have to verify them yourself- some people have thier own game to play and want you to help them play

    • Thank you all for your inputs. Lionelman17, I vote you as TRN longs knight! My basic analysis tells company is healthy and will be stronger near future. My portfolio has 21% present invested in TRN and looking forward to increase it to 30%. But will start selling, if Jim Cramer or other bias media starts pumping it.

    • There is vritually no stimulus money for alternative energy or rail. 900 billion of the money goes to Soc. Sec., Education Grants, Aid to States, Extending Unemployment, $250 to each SS recipient, Expanding Medicare, Extending Unemployment Benefits. $50 billion to make Federal buildings and schools more energy efficient. I was shocked when Wallace referenced stimulus money in his conference call because he knows, or should know, that there is no money there for TRN. The bill was originally slated as bill on alternative energy and "shovel ready" construction projects. If the bill actually came out like that then TRN wind towers, highway equipment and construction aggregates would have benefited. But look over the bill, there is nothing there for TRN.
