    People I talk to really hate Rogers

    Any friend I have ever talked to about cell phone service has mentioned how terrible Roger's service is. I have been a Rogers shareholder for several years now and I have always winced every time I hear a person's opinion of Rogers. The issue I heard most is how Rogers always seems to find a way to rip people off.
    I sold my shares a few weeks ago because I can no longer hold shares of a company with such a bad reputation from its customers.

    • I totally agree with you. I had the same experinece my self and many other friends who all decieded to terminate business with Rogers. This organization simply practice, over billing, and bad customer service at the same time, and any customer with self respect will say to hell with this business relationship.

      I think the future of technology is changing, many competitors filling the landscape with much more attractive pricing and new technology like Netflex that will erase and terminate old technologies like TV Cable, Rogers Movie Rental business, these seqments will shrink slowly and will die in few years. Good will and good customer service are keys to survival and Rogers does not have any of these credentials to survive.
