Bell promised Jumptap revenues of around $100 mln for 2013 just ten months ago

use Google search and look for "Fast-growing Jumptap looks to possible IPO, sale" to verify the story

looking at the combined 2013 guidance of $340 to 350 mln this would calculate to 2013 revenues of just $65 to $75 mln for Jumptap - which would equate to no growth to 19% growth at best

or looking at the guidance another way MM is taking down its own projections sizeably

either way you look at this it doesn't look good

analysts should be able to this math, tooo and won't be too happy tomorrow

    • The dilution to shareholders and they sold their shares while fully knowing they were diluting equity. If I knew that info I would have sold too and repurchase at a lower cost. Not a happy long term investor in addition everything is on hold till 2015....

    • fair comment.. but you have to back out the $10M business they are divesting that they spoke about in the call ... so the base for 2012 is $50M + $270M so the combined growth is still impressive .... that being said... it sure sounds that way on the call and it is obvious that is the analyst take away.. optics or not... i don't like the shell game.. they should report stand alone until it closes.. anything less than that and it feels like you are hiding something...

      • sure - but to assess Bell's projections given ten months ago these revenues will have to be included. So at that point his guidance was for around $100 mln in revenues including the portal business but the company now seems to turn in around $70 to 80 mln (when adjusting for a $5 mln in estimated reduced MM guidance) so even without the portal revenues Jumptap missed its targets by a mile. Add that MM also guides down revenue targets you get a combination of two companies not living up to its own projections for some time. I guess two lefts won't make a right here.

    • it's not MM, it's Jumptap, so what's your point they have paid 22 million for Jump tap, revenues of 340, looks great

    • #$%$ off screwball.....retail longs who stayed in, will add to their position here.....
