    • I have read the many posts to this question & the other questions.
I have absolutely NO problems with Bank Of America as a shareholder. As a matter of fact, Bank of America PAYS ALL TRANSACTIONS FEES after you are a shareholderin their enrolled Shares Direct Plan through Computershare Trust Co.

New Account cost $ 10.00 to open
      Optional Reinvestments costs $ 0
Optional Cash investments costs $ 0
Sale of Shares & trading Fees does cost $ 15.00 per transaction & 8 cents per share.

They have a a dividend yield of 50 cents per share also, that does not cost anything to reinvest.

I am very pleased with this way of adding to my shares, as it is the cheapest way & one of only a few companies that does cost nothing. National Fuel Gas & Johnson & Johnson also does not cost anything, except whe you sell your shares. Dominion Resources only costs pennies on their reinvestments.

Doe anyone one know of anyother companies that pays for all thransactions fees except sales???

      Let me know.
