you've a pricing disparity or location ohio, detroit etc. 250k is actually a relatively low priced home. they're moving as fast as the can process the paper work. perhaps your is overpriced or in a poor location. housing is selling believe me!
The $300k+ houses in my area have the hardest time selling. People like myself need a push. $8k might just do it for me especially with rates of 5 and below.
