I feel that the best option for BAC is to selloff their Countrywide and Merrill Lynch division to the public. Does anyone else agree with this assessment? It might get them out the sort of mess that they created for themselves.
They will offer stock instead of a bonus and keep a controlling interest in Merril..This will make the managers of the Merrill spin off have "skin in the game."Which will help both companies and create nice equity for BAC.
Maybe BAC should just spinoff Countrywide. This company alone is what's causing so many problems for BAC.
