    • a large group was storming the bank - naturally the bank called the swat team - an then stands at the corner - giving his inner view - how his "peoples - is being picked on - give me break " go pull his 5 dollars out - he got his 1 minute fame .

    • Customer, with BAQ ID card and latest monthly statement, wanted to close out his $5,000
      Certificate of Deposit.

He was intially told "OK", but later refused,
and the BAC employees involved refused to provide
      their names or titles.

And a police SWAT took up position on sidewalk,
and police barriers were put up.

So the US GOV handles bank-runs by putting
up police barriers, and REFUSING to provide money to the customers?????

glad to see homeland-security keeps America
      safe for the banker scum

      imho

      • I don't understand. Why would anybody be suprised? Even if you are young, didn't you go to history class? This is exactly what happened in the 30's. The banks have done this before. They simply locked their doors and kept people from their money. Of course now they would have to shutdown online access and ATM's too. The panic of the 30's created a whole generation that mistrusted banks, thus the forming of the FDIC etc.

After the earthquake/Tsunami in Japan, thousands of safes and millions in cash washed ashore. It was explained that many older folks that remembered the devastation of the Great Depression and WW2 distrusted banks and keep cash at home. Now we are creating a whole new generation that hates/mistrusts banks. We are told that banking deposits are safe and protected. Yet the greed of the banks has them applying so much risk/leverage to their own investments, that they risk another failure of our financial system. Why? Because for them, it's a heads I win, tails I don't lose situtation. While everything goes well, they're in Fat City, and when things blow up, they leave the taxpayers holding the bag.

SHTFPlan.com have an update on this video,

      UPDATE: October 4, 2011 ; 16:30
It has come to our attention that this video was originally published in August of this year, thus is not a reflection of OccupyProtests currently taking place in New York and the rest of the U.S. We apologize to our readers for the mistake and inconvenience. While not exactly timely, the video nonetheless reflects what we believe will be the response by police departments the country over if bank runs were to become reality.

This video is from mid August but it is a glimpse of what we will soon be seeing all over the country. Bankrupt of America is the going down… it’s just a matter of when.

      Keep stack’n… hold strong & go long…
