Texas handed them game 6 - face it, they (Cards) sucked something awful in that game through 8 innings, but the mental and recorded errors by Rangers were what handed them the win -- it certainly wasn't earned until after they were tied up. As for tonight, I give the plate ump the MVP for the series. He had the most ridiculous strike zone ever, clearly calling on emotion rather than judgement, of which he showed little if any. Best pitchers in the league couldn't throw strikes against him if they weren't on the "right" team. This game gets an asterisk.
Not that I'm bitter, like I said, Texas gave it away yesterday and lost their deserving chance to win with all the errors. And the cards stepped up to the plate (and got walked... constantly).
