A "true Christian" my azz! Just Google Perry's record on Texas executions...234 on his watch and counting...235 and 236 on the itinerary before the end of the month. Even the Pope has pleaded with Perry to knock it off. Perry's got a problem with DNA testing for those on death row (along with a probable substance addiction and highly suspect dementia).
I'll give "W" this...he believed in the power of DNA testing before denying a stay of execution. -

It would have drawn a big laugh if Ron Paul had suggested to Perry that the Federal Reserve be abolished (instead of the EPA) and Perry parroted, "yeah, the FED, that was the 3rd one I forgot".

Yeah, stop it! Perry is developing quite a following among the OWS. They think of it as hedging their bets; a Perry nomination would limit their worst-case scenario to 4 more years of Obama's nonsense. There was another faction rooting for Cain for the same reasons, but they're gone now. Who can blame them for their unwillingness to support a lost cause?

I'm still scratching my head in disbelief that Perry is a governor. After last night's performance, I'm hopeful he "was" a governor. Man, if Deval Patrick came off that senile (and possibly intoxicated), I would high-tail it out of here.
