Is BAC's culture is one of criminal behavior - why non-stop headlines they did wrong

First they settle but then give bonuses to employees to flount the agreements - if not criminal, that's unethical. BAC has had more headlines than any other bank about their employees' criminal behavior. It's a case of culture and Moynihan has not been willing or is unable to change. This non-stop lawsuits about BAC doing something wrong is so distracting and annoying to investors. Why can't they get their act together. They should fire some people who are bad fish or replace Moynihan - BAC needs to have a clean image or else who wants to open an account with them if they are perceived as an unethical company.

    • I agree with you. Moynihan must get to the bottom of this accusation and if true, fire every manager and executive connected with this kind of policy. After all the scrutiny. lawsuits and on going distrust of banks, this type of behavior is crazy. However, I am very suspicious of this allegation because greedy lawyers making huge fortunes suing banks, will encourage any unhappy employee to sue and then settle out of court for good money. They know banks can't win this this climate. The lawyers went to Mass., where the AG is a trigger happy anti bank person, who also loves publicity like the NY AG.
