First you had the government flood the markets with money in the stimulus programs. Then the government purchased the vast majority of new debt. Companies and the banks are just sitting on stacks of money.They are cash rich but other than stock buy backs have done nothing to expand their markets and grow earnings. I believe this game of cards is about to show up in the stock prices, in that they will not be able to continue to show increasing revenues either through cuts to staff or facilities!
