Cost cutting has to be done to maintain profitability.The company is not a non profit charitable organization.I applaud them for taking the bull by the horns and making the tough decisions that have to be made.
Hi Sean-thanks for the post. The layoffs aren't surprising given their cost structure. Need to align with their slower government business until the new contracts start getting awarded. The company match elimination is a bad move. There are lots of ways to save on opex and I'd put that one way down on the list.
