This is finally getting close to being announced. Original synopsis was in Nov-10 but numerous extensions of the RFP process. In May and Jun-13 some awards for small business and disabled veteran tracks were made. Last extension on Jul 25 was until Aug 31 which appears to indicate they are close. No clue what TCS likelihood is or wheterh they will issue funded awards once announced, or represent yet another holding pattern contract vehicle.
Looks like TCS did get selected for the large company track of Eagle II:
Out of 78 vendors, the Department of Homeland Security selected 15 large companies to be on its $22 billion Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program, according to Federal News Radio.
These companies will provide technology development, implementation and maintenance services under the seven-year contract. The winners under the Functional Category One are: Allied Technology Group; Apptis; Attain; BAE Systems; CACI International; Computer Sciences Corp.; GTSI Corp.; HP Enterprise Services; IBM Corp.; L-3 Stratis; NCI Information Systems; Perot Systems Government Services (Dell Services); Phacil; Qinetiq North America; and Serco Inc.
