Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. Message Board

  • veqasfletch2001 veqasfletch2001 Dec 8, 2012 4:15 AM Flag

Klayko, Fairfax and Wall are not in the shareholders side

They mostly care about their pockets.
BRCD has many talented engineers and middle managements.
The company is run by a few good people but Klayko, Fairfax or Wall.
If the board kick out Fairfax and Wall with Klayko then the share price will jump to 5 years high.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Your focus is on growth, earnings, p/e, sale of company, Klayco and some of his executives leaving etc. when you should be concerned about what is going to happen re the fiscal cliff. Will the market going tumble if that occurs? YES INDEED and Brocade’s price will probably fall into the $4.50 range. Charts, analysis, income statements will have no bearing on the matter. Acquisition will be in the back burners of interested parties until they figure out their own problems and direction. Taxes and capital gains will go up and investors will think twice about which assets to put their money. IMO that may be a good time to purchase additional shares of BRCD and hope for a quick management change, but even if that happens, I believe the price will take a while to rebound to at least its present closing.

In addition, if you read predictions by noted economists, the market is a prime target for a melt down even if the fiscal cliff does not occur.
