I don't follow ggp but did look it up. I know if they owed me the 900 mil, I'd certainly give them room and time to collect my loan. I mean what other option is there, unless you're in a position to take the loss. I know it's not as simple as I've stated here but certainly they can arrive at some new middle ground in light of these times??? GGP however will be weaker for not meeting initial terms. As for share price reaction or value I have no idea, not interested in any additional risk.
