Arctic,and the Dems won't vote for it.OPEC
is why OIL is at $42 a barrel,not G.W...He
would benefit more if OIL would fall,than
any personal monetary gain by its price rise.The Man is up for reelection of
the presidency of the United States,and that
comes First before ,yes, even money...
