I visited their website and it seems legitimate I would think the ability to process bitumen would be a big plus in itself Also its good if its true that the process is actually a net producer of energy rather than a user. My concern would be if the process is patentable and if they've taken steps to do that It doesn't sound like a real technological leap that would be hard to duplicate
