Management has already "given" itself 50% of the GP. Its very unlikely that new managment will be brought in, instead, when/if they actually spin the MLP off, they will realize they are in over their heads. POCC doesn't have a group smart enough to manage the costs of of having 2 public entities and thus twice the costs of being a public company. Besides, all management is good at is lining their pockets. They are not business builders and having a cheap source of equity via an MLP isn't going to help them because they don't know what to do....they are going nowhere fast.
don't like management, eh? hmm i just found this today and looked at it briefly. i am not shure if this is a good company. it seems they have alot of long term debt. thats ok. i am a fan of LPG propane i believe or natural gas is ok too. with prices higher these stocks stand a chance. i think i read that they are the Largest? supplier of northeast mexico. hmm. i could get a few hundred. after seeing the institutions holding this on yahoo finance, i wonder also, tho that is no guarantee.
I too am a fan of what POCC has to sell. And with higher prices for all fuels we should except to see this stock move up, but it does not. So what is missing??? Stonge leadership and a story to tell that get the word out that this company is going places, they have a great future, and excellent quarters ahead. With all that lacking we can only except to see this stock staying right were it is. Lets continue to hope the management does not. I do not know what else to point out. Maybe I am not the smart one?? Maybe management knows exactly what they are doing and getting rewarded for it.
Maybe they should take this company private and not have to bother with stockholders!!!
" i am not shure if this is a good company. it seems they have alot of long term debt. thats ok. i am a fan of LPG propane i believe or natural gas is ok too."
Hmmm, so you think you might like LPG propane, or natural gas is ok too....care to explain that incoherent statement.
I think if you look at the self-dealing of the insiders and how they pocketed half of the GP(which is where the cash flow will come from)..I think you'll understand why POCC is a bottom basement company....
