Management has already "given" itself 50% of the GP. Its very unlikely that new managment will be brought in, instead, when/if they actually spin the MLP off, they will realize they are in over their heads. POCC doesn't have a group smart enough to manage the costs of of having 2 public entities and thus twice the costs of being a public company. Besides, all management is good at is lining their pockets. They are not business builders and having a cheap source of equity via an MLP isn't going to help them because they don't know what to do....they are going nowhere fast.
