Somewhere along the line I suspect they had to have not listened to the voice of reason, likely on several of the last acquisitions. A shareholder on a Yahoo MB isn't gonna make them think twice.

Again I certainly understand long term strategical thinking. Business, technology, and economic cycles, taking advantage of timely opportunities, and I'm afraid IIVI is loosing their way. And frankly the stock price the past several years is the simple report card - isn't it?
Yes, I agree they have lost their way. This latest acquisition makes me question management's ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the shareholders. I think I will be exiting on the next leg up. In the mean time, I think we are headed back to $15. It certainly has been a long wait to go nowhere.
