    Solid quarter report

After all the doom and bloom, the quarter report turns up as expected... forecast for 2012 remains the same. Costs for milligan remain the same. The rest of 2012 will be bright ahead. Back to $8-9 before going higher. $14-15 by the end of 2013, and $25 by the end of 2014.

    • If u had run the numbers on mt Milligan u would know the answer to that question and u would know why your statements are so blatantly incorrect. Run the numbers, then report back.

    • Respectfully disagree. Look at the share price action over the last year. Significantly worse than similar resource issues. Part of it is macro but much has to do with poor execution on new properties. Why would you say "And if they do turn out to need a little more money they will have no trouble getting it."??? New financing here will be expensive either in interest rate terms or via additional dilution. Also, it may not be a little more if we have softness in molly. Right now margins are thin. I expect production may have bottomed but cheaper spot prices will only compound the issue. Hopefully our Chinese friends keep a tight reign on their exports.

I am very interested to hear management's discussion. If they say "no more cost over runs" this is a screaming buy. If they hedge, we could go sub $5. It will be an interesting call.

    • I agree all the folks talking this down over the last weeks better get in or cover such as the case may be.

Yes I know we have 15 month before Milligan goes into production and anything can happen in that time, but it looks like to me the heavy lifting is done.
