      • Generally, i don't hold large number of any single stock in order to reduce the risk. Stock market for me is secondary income or passive income.

I only hold 6.5k TC, max will be 10k although i believe by end of 2013, TC will give me good return.

If you interested in bio stock, have a look ATRS, but have to hold for sometime as we all think 2014 will be the break out year for this stock.

        Sentiment: Buy

    • TC has pulled back some 13% since its Jan high. Probably a good idea to add at this level.

Most of the miners have also seem to have pulled back. FCX reported good earnings and a positive outlook. Copper prices are rising and should continue with a China rebound and an improving housing mkt in the US. This should also help moly.

Given that volume has generally been light throughout most of this decline, I think minor covering by some of the shorts has added to the decline as well as the miner weakness. Now, can someone tell me why miners are weak with all the positive signs around.

      • Just take advantage of it. US housing recovery (new homes) likely to kick in next year or 2015 too.
Plus all the appliances, infrastructure etc. And the new manufacturing demand in the US from the shale oil boom (cheap energy). Just keep adding and hope we don't get bought out cheap!

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • The miners are still weak simply because the raw material price still relatively low. There are a lot of projects, big one, just started around the world. The demand will be up once all these projrcts kick start. Further in view of the fact that miners are shutting down operations and wait, so the supply will be lower. Basically is a cycle.

For china alone, building 27 new airports this year, building 50 million low cost houses for the poor...
Thailand, a all new highway to Vietnam ( i think is Vietnam from the memory )
Malaysia, billion of dollars for the light rail in kuala lumpur
Phillipines, i think new power plant or something like that
Indonesia, massive infrastructure for railway etc
Russia, massive order for rail work
        Etc etc

        Sentiment: Buy
