    • Yes, you are incorrect on several counts. You are also incorrect thinking that the performance of CIEN stock can be isolated from the general economic and political environment. Any comments, opinions or insights regarding the macroeconomics of this country are relevant to the discussion of CIEN. All boats sink when the tide goes out.

All of this was related to the bubble. A ficticious economy brought about an irrational feeling of ggod. All lie , like Bill.

      • It never ceases to amaze me how people like you manage to rationalize things. Facts, it would seem, are inconvinient data points in your brain that can be overcome with the right spin. We had eight years of peace and prosperity, but none of that was the result of the administration at the time. We've had six years of attacks, war, market crashes and budget deficits and somehow all of this ISN'T the fault of the current administration.

We can probably agree on one thing. I don't blame George Bush for America's troubles. He's like Claudius: an idiot puppet the Republican Senators put in the White House. The real root of the troubles this country faces right now are the people who were too stupid to tell the difference between a competent administration and an incompetent one.

I say strap an M-16 to his goofy ass and send him to Iraq. If the clown's lucky he'll come back alive, maybe minus a limb or two.
