    Thank you for the clarification. No death spiral. That's good. Also thanks for computing that 72 million shares is about the number that will be issued. Now I'm wondering who will get those 72 million shares, and if the folks who get them will keep them? If not, there could be a lot of selling later this year.
    The play, if there is one, is for the combined business to be sold to somebody like UPS. If it will have $1 billion in revenues, some big company should want it.

      Honestly though, do you really think everyone should sell their shares of CMGi??
      I mean I don't really know what I am doing with my money, so I could use your advice.
      If you think I should get out, well I guess I should listen to you. I mean I know you are a complete stranger on a Yahoo message board, but I think I can trust you.
