If I remember right, management principals are: Plan, Organize, Direct, Coordinate, and Control using the processes of Communication, Delegation, Motivation, and Decision making, all under the umbrella of Creative Thinking.

I hate to say it but: 1, Failure to communicate with investors by way of IR, announcements, news briefs. 2. failure to bring credibility and interest from institutions and analysts. 3. Failure to defend stock price by hedge funds, day traders and/or MM. Not focused on share price (which is amazing since he has a vested interest in $3) Focus is on " STRATEGIC PLAN" to bring company value (per Lawler 6/24/05). Perception of doing nothing (may not be true) but ugly is in the eye of the beholder. We are in the quarter when he stated he would start being pro-active for market coverage.
