There would be no reverse splitHe also mentioned to the fact that cmgi would notallow the stock to be delistedNew bonus program for 2007 for top brass that performsLongs, If I am wrong, please correct me, but if thesestatements are true, Lawler has an ace up hid sleeve
There is about .0001% of a reverse split. The only way there would be if Lawler wantedto go private.Just keep an eye on JDSU now JDSUD.Reverse split was for emergency situationif stock fell under a $1.00 and stayed.THE END
"The only way there would be if Lawler wantedto go private."That makes no sense at all.Read my previous post, there will be an R/S someday. When we see $3 to $5 we will see a R/S probably 1-10 and that will then put CMGI at $30 to $50 a share with a float under 50 million shares.Believe me its a good thing and it will happen!
He did not say there would never be an R/SHe said there are No plans right now to do one.I have talked to former CFO and current CFO and they both pretty much said the same thing to me that Yes an R/S will most likely happen, but Not until the stock is strong!I walked away with the impression when CMGI trades between $3 and $5 on strength we will then see an R/SThere are only 4 choices approved as of right now and they are-1-51-101-151-20So I say it will either be 1-5 or 1-10 at the $3 to $5 level
