Looks like the lawyers are going to get it all

Back in the 1970's when there was a class action lawsuit the shareholders actually got paid something in dollars and cents. Since the 1980's, i've been involved in over a dozen such suits and with every one of them , without exception, the lawyers got hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions. And the shareholders got an apoloygy, a back dated proxy statement or a corrected annual report.

If you are really interested in these lawsuits then you should be contacting the SEC and asking why lawyers , who own no shares are making millions on these suits while the stockholders are getting absolutely nothing other than a corrected annual report or corrected proxy statement. Something has gone terribly wrong and it's not with Moduslink, it's with the way these class action claims are made . The lawyers know they are going to get the bucks, and they file the suits in such a way that you as a shareholder never get a cash settlement. What's in it for you I ask? That is what you need to tell the SEC. Otherwise, all this is , is an exercise in highway robbery by a bunch of lawyers who are robbing both the company and the shareholders.

Good luck. And if you win, enjoy reading your corrected annual report, you earned it.
