The end game is close. HNH and other are trying to screw other shareholders be careful in your voting. The current board is bad but we don't want to vote for people who will screw us the small shareholders. Demand assurances in the form of public statement about intensions before u grant ur vote
Are you on the Board?...why would HNH invest $100 million and then tank that investment...seems to me what's good for HNH is good for us...now maybe current management wants to maximum the price of the HNH investment so what do they do - delay the restatement...who is looking out for us?
I would take my chances with HNH any day...I have owned HNH since $2 and have riden theor coat tails up to $14...
