This Board needs jail time - SEC need to investigate the insider trading as well.
For causing the stock to drop. And Joe Lawler need to returns his bonus and salary. Idiots.

  u can report them to SEC instead of whining here. I already reported them b4 and got call from SEC around the time the account. problem surfaced

  The board decided to restructure to save $20M by spending $19M in restructuring. When all said and done they will spend $40M to save $20M
