    Lots of Interesting Dialogue

Someone please explain if there is any doubt that the drug has works. I also believe drug works and I also think this has been public knowledge for a long time...So answer 1 question, why wouldn't a large pharma try to buy say 10% of company to push Paul to partner if the drug had great economic potential? So people now think that once the results come out, a large pharma will make a play....Does anyone really believe the results will surprise and create more value that a large pharma can't #$%$ today......

I am telling you that the 3 Urologists that I spoke with said that they can make more money recommending medications and spend LESS TIME with Patients recommending pills than taking the time to perform a procedure that 1. will not qualify for surgery to increase reimbursement 2. require additional training 3. Require additional follow up and close monitoring.....

This is a treatment that requires SIGNIFICANT Administration,,,,,,

The question you must ask is what will really add value to the price of this stock....Approval is baked in regardless of what anyone thinks....The question now is how much of the BPH market will this drug garnish......

Call your urologist and ask him the question..I have been under the care of 3 for BPH and all suggested

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • I dont know about Canada but this is not true inthe US. Firstly medicare pays you pennies for consultations and significantly more for procedures. Medicare would pay for the prostate injection andpresumably for the biopsy you would carry out at the same time to make sure there isno malignancy in the area and typicall yreimburse you separately for the transrectal ultrasound. Typically when a new technology isintroduced they introduce anew RVU code to pay for it andparticularly if its cost effective as this one is as it will save patient from say 5 yearsof medications and monitoring or having TURP or another surgical procedure; it is well paid. You would still get paid for your office visits as there would be a preprocedure consultation. Most urologists are not looking for office vists they want procedures.

No special training is required for this procedure. All urologists are trained in rectal ultrasound and prostate injections.
