please quit hiring ex-military employees for engineer positions
Employees with military backgrounds often have difficulty getting along with team members. From experience I find them difficult to work with as they tend to have a habit of doing things their own unprofessional way while ignoring official procedures. They simply are not team players. For example not long ago, an ex-military engineer asked the QA if he "went to #$%$ hole school" just because the QA reccomended that he should add some info to his drawing so that manufacturing had a clearer understanding of the engineer's instructions. How does an employee report this clearly abuse behavior to HR without getting in trouble? We have another ex-military employee who has similar social issues.Again, please stop hiring ex-military folks.
