    Dear Mr. Morgan,

    Dear Mr. Morgan and the Board of Directors of Zep, Inc.

    As an established Sales Rep I go about my job everyday and try to do the right thing and contrary to your beliefs, I am not overpaid and I work my #$%$ off trying to cover up your incompetence ( Read Sat. Jan, 12th Wall Street Journal about guys like you being paid for incompetence. )

    I entered some great orders last week ( Reps pay period ends on the 15th. ) and called customer service to get status update, I was told, " I don't know, I dont' know, I don't know how to find that info, I don't know when it will be shipped, I don't know when we will get it in to ship. I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. "

    Well, needless to say, I'm going back to bed, getting a m#$%$age and going to the movies. Mr. Morgan until you make the new system right, THE ONE WHICH YOU BOUGHT AND AUTHORIZED. We'll say goodnight.
