if JNPR was transitioning from
np2 to np3 why wouldnt they increase orders instead of stopping orders. it would seem logical that would have to build inventory of np3 as they begin to roll it out. sounds like juniper is experiencing very very weak demand. a given EZCH goes under $10 on demand slow down.
