How do you know what the NAV is at the present time...?
NAV valuations are often slightly "subjective" and calculated
by methods that are not reproducible or that can be validated
by third parties. Oftentimes NAV is a "best estimate" derivative.
So I would ask you to explain further your assertion that a SPO
is accretive simply by being higher than a NAV value over 3 months
Especially with the Crystal Financial transaction, the SLRC present
NAV could be much different from the NAV value we heard at the
Except for the market's action since the SPO announcement, more
information from Gross & the CFO is mandatory before a valid
relationship between SPO, NII, mid term stock price, div per share
metrics can be formulated. We simply do not have enough high
quality data to make an accurate decision, but we should in 3 weeks.
The "high quality data" we get in three weeks will allready be five weeks old and subject to the same possible manipulation as what we have now. I guess it comes back to who do you trust as all public companies can decieve if they want to.
