Everybody has sold at the peak, shorted, then covered, and now are buying more. Man, I guess everyone on stock message boards are independantly wealthy because they never get a trade wrong. Amaaaazing.
It seems that some of you folks have interesting math. You do need to pay taxes on those profits you know, so make sure your margins are much bigger otherwise your effort for a few % of profit is not worth it IMO. Buy low sell high, not buy and then sell slightly higher. also, holding longer is better because every time you go for the quick profit you risk triggering a sell off, thus negating potential profit. People should be required to hold stocks for a minimum of six months. It would stabilize the market and make investing more rational.
Crappola, I bought 20,000 shares at .53 a good while back and ended up selling them after the October CC which just sucked and then missed the boat! I'm in right now @ 1.76 but could only afford 4,000 shares. Oh well so the stock market world turns...
Not me. I kept trying to time the dips. Made some decent profit but not near what i. Would have if I had just left it alone. Now in at 1.98 holding long. Scottrade has my funds from a deposit on hold til Thursday hope it trades sideways til then so i can add more
