You obviously don't know the difference between shareholder value and stock price. Period.
I second that. Share price and shareholder value are two different things. Managements job is to increase shareholder value. The share price is another matter and not something management has direct control over.In this case they still need a bit of work on the former. They can do more to increase shareholder value.

So how many shares does management own? Is their interest only in a paycheck? Just what has been done to increase shareholder value?
