They are totally paying $7.1 mil and taking over $10.1 mil assets? That's a 30% gain in a seemingly easy transaction. How will that that $3.00 mil be shown on their current quarter? As a revenue? Did i understand it correctly?
Also, $4.6 mil in stocks means around 300,000 stocks. Is the yesterday's spike because the CSY management bought the stocks in the open market?
I'd assume they will show up in the balance sheet - not revenue, but it isn't clear if they are producing revenues already - one would assume given the fact that the drugs are already approved. I imagine if so, no revenues until the next quarter would be booked.
Deal looks very good on surface - will need additional information on the acquired company though.
As to yesterdays spike...no, thats just traders/investors (like me) discovering it off the PR that shows how undervalued this is, and superman haters like bidcom (jaybird) that probably went and shorted because he's obsessed to see a superman pick fail (apparently they have nothing better to do in Alberta, or they all get high off the abundance of natural gas underground and do stupid things!).
