So you are keeping track of a price target and the dividend. Puts you in about the 98-th percentile of investors (that's good by the way.) Next, put these in a Google Docs spreadsheet and used GoogleFinance(TEF) to populate a cell with the current market price of TEF. Then put in the dividend, price target and dividend %, price target % and total return %. Repeat for as many stocks as you follow. Makes investing in individual stocks very organized an methodical.
I started in August and basically if i feel it is undervalued based on P& E articles research etc I monitor it and based on current market situation buy it. I just bought Cameco (CCJ) as a play on Japan cus I feel taht it got oversold. Thats another indicator I usually like if a stock goes down more than 10% in a short time framke I research it and sometimes buy it.
